Weekly Learnings

As a CEO, I used to write every week to all the company employees on what I learnt the previous week. I believed this was key to get everybody aligned and engaged. Attached here are all the weekly notes over the last decade. I have taken out the ones with company confidential information, so these are learning notes that would be of interest to a more general audience.
